This notification concerns Kid’s Concept Fire Truck AIDEN.
Item number: 1000516. EAN code: 7340028730590. ID number: 10672.
This notification applies only to products with ID number 10672. If your fire truck has a different ID number, no action is required.
Affected fire trucks with the specific ID number 10672 have been available for sale in our online store and at our resellers between August 2022 and July 2023. If you know that you purchased your Fire Truck AIDEN during this period, we urge you to read the following information.
As a preventive measure, Kid’s Concept issues an urgent call to all customers who own a Fire Truck AIDEN marked with product identification number ID number 10672 to remove and dispose of the upper rope part of the fire hose due to strangulation risk. The ID number can be found both on the packaging and on the product.
In this case we have become aware that the rope part of the fire hose on products with the specific ID number has not detached at the standard breaking point, which is the reason for our preventive measure.
Fire trucks marked with a different ID number than the one mentioned above are not affected, and no action needs to be taken in those cases.
Alternative action to the above preventive recommendation:
If, instead of the above suggested measure, you would prefer to return the product, please contact Kid’s Concept customer service team at hello@kidsconcept.se. We will provide you with a return shipping label, and you can return the product to us for a full refund. You can also exchange the fire truck and receive a new one with a different ID number at no extra cost. Please get in touch, and we’ll assist you.
